16 On Appreciating Deeper Processes - A Newfound Place

EXPERIENCE has taught us that in this process of simply standing back and looking again, and sometimes again and again, we come to see the value of a relationship with a Higher Power.
A Higher Power of our understanding.
As this relationship matures from learning to trusting at least one other living breathing person, to appreciating the grandeur of God’s design, this newfound place of trust and appreciation becomes that stance in our consciousness where our experience is acknowledged for what it is.
It just is.  No hidden agenda.
This newfound place within us is simply witness to our own humanity.
It is a place for reality to be as it is, not how we want it to be.

15 On Appreciating Deeper Processes - The Process

EXPERIENCE has taught us that with these deeper, quieter shifts in our perception, we ourselves change.  As we reach a deeper sense of who we think we are, we discover just how much more we have to offer out into life and, in turn, receive back from life.

14 On Appreciating Deeper Processes - The Process

EXPERIENCE has taught us that throughout this process of developing a healthy spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional direction for ourselves (recovery), we have been involved with a quieter undercurrent of examining the value of stepping outside of ourselves, our beliefs, and their related support systems, and taking in again some of the problems we are facing or have faced.
Seeing things differently has the power to transform situations.

Simple Fact:
Things Change Once They Are Seen Differently,
Not Necessarily Because We Are Busy Altering The
Circumstances That Surround Them.
